This Privacy Policy explains how YNCRE and its affiliates (“YNCRE,” “we” or “us”) collect and use information through www.yncre.com and through our text messages. Use of the site is also governed by our Terms of Use.
Information We Collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, subject and message, and your phone number and building if you include them. If you sign up for text messages from YNCRE, we keep your mobile number and a record of your consent.
Our website host, Cloudflare, records basic technical information such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you visit, which it uses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and it does not track visitors across other websites.
How We Use Information
We use the information you send to respond to your message and to follow up on rental or business inquiries. Mobile numbers are used only to send the text messages you have agreed to receive, and technical information is used to keep the site running and secure. We may also use information where needed to comply with the law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How We Share Information
We rely on a few service providers, and each one receives only the information it needs to provide its service to us and may not use it for any other purpose. Cloudflare hosts the website, Google delivers contact form messages and hosts our email, and our texts are sent through a message delivery provider.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our residents, our properties or our rights. If a YNCRE company or property is sold, its records may be transferred to the buyer.
Text Messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Our message delivery provider receives phone numbers only to send our texts. The text message program is described in our Terms of Use.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or email system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage our buildings. Records of text message consent are kept while you are subscribed and afterward for as long as the law requires.
Your Choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by sending a request through our contact form. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information that the law requires us to retain.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.
Children’s Privacy
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
